A healthy and delicious indulgent Greek salad with feta cheese and dried oregano on top. Perfect for dairy or dinner parties.

2 coarsely chopped red tomatoes

3 cucumbers, roughly chopped

Half a small onion cut into half circles

Half a yellow or red pepper (gamba) roughly cut

Lettuce or rocket leaves (optional)

A quarter cup of black olives (Kalmata is recommended)

100 grams of feta cheese cut into cubes

Seasoning: 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, salt and black pepper to taste

A quarter teaspoon of dried oregano (spice)

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a bowl.

Before serving – season and sprinkle dried oregano on top.
